NutriLog AI — Delivery Policy
NutriLog AI ships nothing. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no couriers involved at any point.
What you get, and when
NutriLog AI is an Android application distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store. The app itself is free to download. The only purchase is the optional Pro subscription, which is a digital entitlement on your existing account.
- Delivery method: electronic, inside the app. Nothing is posted or emailed to you.
- Delivery time: immediate. Pro unlocks as soon as Google Play confirms the purchase — normally within seconds.
- Payment methods that settle later: UPI, net banking and some wallets can leave a payment pending for a short period. Pro activates the moment Google confirms it; you do not need to buy again.
- If it does not unlock: reopen the app, or sign out and back in, so it can re-check your entitlement with Google Play. If it still does not appear, email support@nutrilogai.com and we will fix it or support a refund under the refund policy.
Service availability
The app needs an internet connection for AI features, sync and search. Requires Android 8.0 or newer. There is no iOS app and no web application.
